Protect Basic $10.00 / Month
RMM agent, remote monitoring of hardware /software, patching and anti-virus/anti-malware protection and gives ability to remote access computer for assistance (at an hourly rate billed in 15 min increments) 9am – 5pm
Protect Plus $20.00 / Month
All of the Protect Basic with extended hours for support 8am to 9pm
