My name is Michael Hall
This story begins when I was in elementary school and introduced to my first computer, I would say I had a natural ability with computers. Since that time another of my natural abilities to take the complicated and make it simple along with helping others with computers and electronics in general led me to start my own business.
21 years later I am still in business helping others with computer issues both small and large, however, there were still times that showed me there was something missing in the world to help a group of people that I am very fond of. My grandparents meant the world to me and even at a young age I was very defensive of them. My mother still gets taken advantage of, with online scams, fake viruses etc.
I thought there has to be a better way than a “big box” store that over charges for simple things, better yet, why not prevent those things from happening in the first place.
And so 911 tech team was born as a way to provide proactive maintenance and prevention of those types of issues, plus day to day issues for an affordable monthly fee.
I believe we are here to make a difference and one way we can do that is to provide first class service with a smile, prevent people from being taken advantage of, and give piece of mind with their computers.
